What I wore on sunday when I went to the flea market with the girls. The flea market was on a street called Jægersborggade, which I've never visited before. So I had no idea it was paved with (very) uneven cobble stones. You can probably imagine how much I hated my choice of shoes when I was forced to walk super slowly with my eyes on where I was putting my feet all the time. Damn you cobble stones!!!

Today I went to a flea market in Jægersborggade with Yin, Sarah, Katarina and her friend. The weather has been misserable all day and it started raining like crazy while we were looking at stuff. It only lasted like 5 mins, but it was really heavy! The flea market was pretty disapointing honestly. I only bought that red striped YSL shirt. It was only 30DKK! For some reason I'm really into red at the moment. I wore red too, you'll see tomorrow.

This is my friend Sille from school. Since pictures of my friends are highly requested I felt like doing a little feature with her. She just got the lightning bolt tattoo on the side of her knee a couple of days ago. Patti Smith has the same one and Sille's a big fan. I love it! My day at school today consisted of riding our bikes around town while my history teacher talked about the historical buildings and all that. We went by this super cute and pretty courtyard just by the university. We went back after we got off and snapped some pics. Don't you just love when leaves grow on a building? Exciting news people! I've been offered to blog for this new site called Looknow.dk, which is a part of Looklab.dk I've accepted and that's just what I'm talking about in the vid :)

Here's a summary:
The main thing that's going to change is my URL. My blog will be exactly the same, I'll blog about the same things and the same way as now. My layout is going to change though, there'll be no sidebar but my pictures are gonna be bigger.

Those of you following me on Goggle Friend Connect or Bloglovin' will most likely be redirected automatically, so you don't have to do anything once the new URL (stine-mo.looknow.dk) is activated, but I'm not 100% sure about this. Wearing H&M denim jacket and dress, Lee cut offs and Acne Atacomas

My outfit from yesterday. I had an sudden urge that morning to wear something red! I don't own much red apart from the socks, and I didn't want the red to dominate my outfit, so I went for the socks. Everybody said I was crazy to have bare legs, but it really wasn't cold at all. I've learned that if your feet are warm and you're wearing a jacket you can have bare legs even if it's only 15 degrees outside. At least I can, it all depends on the person of course.

Today I was hanging out with Mikaela after school. She wanted to checkout some Acne jeans, but they were a little too expensive for a chick with no income unfortunately. We had a quick cup of coffee at this café my parents recommended. It'd called The Log Lady and is located in Studiestræde. It's pretty awesome! It's named after the log lady from Twin Peaks (an amazing TV series by David Lynch) and the interior is really cool. Fun pictures all over and actual logs as tables! Vey cool indeed. I spotted my brother walking by just outside, and we had a little chat. He might start blogging too! He's cool and I think he definitely should.

Some pictures - as promised - from my little tea/cake party. Turned out only Charlotte and I wore dresses, but oh well, we had fun in spite of the missing dresses. I baked vanilla cupcakes with fondant flowers, Charlotte brought a fragilite cake which was so yummy, and Miriam brought a banana cake. A very nice to spend a sunny sunday indeed!

A bit of shopping I did yesterday for the tea party I'm hosting today. That bouquet of dahlias wasn't exactly cheap, but they're so beautiful, I could not pass them up. And they're very fitting for the theme of my little party, haha! I'm baking cute cupcakes and we'll all be wearing sweet dresses (no entry if you don't look like a sweet princess). The confectioners sugar is for the cuppies of course! I'll post some pictures of the cakes and what not later!

Wearing eBay turtleneck dress, Aldo shoes and DIY'ed leather straps

This is what I wore yesterday. Sarah kept going on about how good that 3rd picture was, so I thought I'd better add it too!
As you see I tried the good ol' trick of wearing a turtleneck over your hair. I saw it on Columbine Smile and it looked so amazing on her! I'm hooked. If only I had more turtlenecks though, that dress is the only I have. Must invest in some more.... Short hair is very comfortable and convenient too.

Today we had our school picture taken. I looked like this. Fortunately (!) the purple is pretty much all gone, so I'll look relatively normal on the pic. Which is preferred by my mom.

I really like the color of the vintage shirt, and thought it would be nice with something colorful for the school pic. I grabbed the denim shirt so I wouldn't be cold, not thinking about the weird double collar effect. But I don't mind, it didn't look too bad!

I get my hair cut every 3 months. With no exceptions. To me, it's more important to have healthy hair than long hair. Long hair sure is beautiful, but not when the tips are super split and dry. That's my opinion at least. I love the feeling and look of freshly cut hair, all soft and healthy! Had mine cut today in time for the school photo on thursday. My hair is cut straight with no layers, except in the front where it's a bit shorter, since I had bangs some years ago and try to grow them out completely. Just in case anybody was wondering.

I added that second picture because it's been requested to show how I live. I already showed you my room, but that's a photo from out living room. And sorta describes our house quite well. My mother's a bookaholic you see, so we have books everywhere. And that terrible painting in the backgrund is one in did in the 3rd grade.

Yesterday I went to CAKE Copenhagen's 1 year birthday. It's this really adorable fashion store that also sells cupcakes and coffee. Perfect! CAKE carries Veronica B Vallenes, David Andersen, Emma Cook and other brands. I never knew about it before friday, when Sarah Mikaela suggested we went there. It's the most amazing store, I recommend taking a look if you're in the area! The address is Studiestræde 24.

But anyway, we had free (delicious and sparkly) cupcakes and a glass of bubbles. Katarina bought that super cool black and white dress from David Andersen. I'm only slightly jealous...

Round sunglasses; H&M

I saw these on the blogger Sania Claus, and thought they were so cool that I had to try and find them. I was surprised to see that they were from H&M and not some other fancy brand. They're huuuge, I love it. Covers most of my face, so they're perfect for days when I look terrible (which is probably more often than you think)
Anyway, I got the last pair left in the store. Too bad summer is almost over. I sincerely hope there'll be sun in the near future so I have a good reason to take these babies out!

Today was pretty awesome! I only had 3 lessons at school today, and met up with my favorite blogger girls Sarah Mikaela, Katarina and Yin after school. It's amazing to have friends who blogs too - I always had Yin of course, but it's really great to have more than one! I'm glad I met them. We went to our preferred café in the city; Kaffekunsten where the dude who works there is super sweet, and apparently a good friend of Sarah. And it has free wi-fi which is pretty useful for us bloggers ;)

A new hobby

Most people have this thing that they really wanna learn. Maybe it's playing the piano, skiing or riding the unicycle or anything. My thing is skateboarding. I've wanted to learn it for years, but since I'm an idiot on things with wheels and terrified of hurting myself, I've always told myself I could never learn. But lately I've been really hooked on it (blaming my current Jackass obsession) so I just decided to buy a board on sale and start to practice! And I need a lot of it, because I'm pretty bad haha! But since I don't have any skateboarding buddies who can teach me, I have to teach myself. Which isn't easy. I attempted and ollie today, and didn't fail completely so I'm not afraid of trying it again tomorrow.

If any of you out there can skate, please gimme some tips or anything really! I wanna get good!!

It feels like summer is over here in Copenhagen. It was freezing this morning when I waited for the bus in the icy wind. It's only august, I can't cope with autumn just yet! By they way, my feet aren't huge! The Doc's just make them gigantic. I use size 39 not 41 as it looks like in those boots. That's the only downside with Doc's imo. I need a trim, my ends are so dry!

In other news, I lost my HTC smartphone *cries*. I must have have left it in the train and somebody nicked it. Sucks! So now I'm saving up, not spending a penny if I can avoid it and earning some money by cleaning the house and what not. I'm planning on getting the iPhone 5 when it (hopefully) comes out in september or october!

The other day I to Fisketorvet to say hi to my brother who works at Foot Locker. I wasn't planning on buying anything, just pop by and have a chat. He was quick to suggest a lot of shoes on sale to me, though, as he always does! I found these blue suede and fabric Nike's and thought they were funky with the gold detail. And since they were only 150DKK, he persuaded me to get them. Haven't regretted it at all! I need more flat shoes anyway, I'm getting tired of always having such sore feet from high heels. And Nike's are always ever so comfortable.

Sorry sorry, I know I haven't updated for like 3 days, but these few days have been busier than usual. First of all, Friday was completely packed because of this sport-day on my school followed by a costume party at night, from which these pics are from. My class chose the theme "The seven deadly sins". My deadly sin was greed. I had a bag filled with money and basically just aimed to look like a rich greedy bitch. We all wore those devil horns, which unfortunately fell off an hour after application. It was really fun though.
Pic 2 is a few hours later that night (I think that's clear from my friend on the right's facial expression. That's Viola by the way, and Charlotte at my left). And yeah, that's a condom in the top right corner. That was the guys dressed as lust's idea.

My secret

A lot of you guys have asked me what hair color I used for my purple hair. To clear thing up once and for all, here's the "secret".
The brand is LaRiché and the product is called Directions Semi-Permanent bla bla. It's available in pretty much any color you can imagine. The purple color I used is called Violet. The consistency is like conditioner, nice and creamy. Very easy to apply.
Anyway, in Copenhagen it's available in Black No1. You can see the distributors here. You can also buy them on eBay.

As you may know, I was into a Japanese style called gyaru a few year ago. So called "deco-den" was a big part of that community, and I fell in love with it immediately. It's basically about covering all of your possessions in rhinestones, pearls etc. It's one of the few "gyaru things" I still love. How can you not love it, it's so over the top and sparkly and girly. The rectangular box was one of the first things I ever made, it was for holding false eyelashes and glue. So it's not my best work, lol. I still love my old Sony Ericsson flip phone. The cover on the left s probably some of the best I've ever made, in my opinion.

Why am I suddenly talking about this stuff? Well, I just made the round container, which is my powder. The lid was all scratched and boring, so I figured it needed a bit of blingin'. When I get an iPhone I'll definitely make a voluptuous, sparkly cover.

Taking up an old hobby

Back when I was into gyaru style, I always had long and blingy nails. Extreme nails is pretty essential in gyaru, so I bought a gel nails set and a UV lamp on eBay. I tried out acrylic nails too, but that was so difficult and troublesome. But I thought acrylic would be less work than gel, but I was very wrong. Gel is super easy! You just prep your nails and apply the gel with a brush, like nail polish and cure it under the lamp.
Oh, lets get back to right now. I was reading one of my favorite blogs, Luxirare, and she did gel nails. I remembered I had a whole shit-load of gel nail stuff in a box in the back of a closet. Back then I only made very long nails, and it never to me to just apply it on my natural nail. So I got to work this morning.
The result is very natural, you can hardly see I spend an hour doing my nails. But the pictures don't seem to pick up exactly how shiny and glossy they are. Much more than I could achieve with any nail polish. And the thing about gel nails is that they last for weeks, without chipping. I think I'll buy some colored gel, maybe red, and have glossy red nails for a couple of weeks.
This is a rather boring entry, but I felt like sharing...

Today I met with the girls from my class at a café, to catch up on what we've been up to during the summer. I haven't seen most of them for a month, so I was great to see them again.

I just got the florescent Furla inspired bag a week ago or so. At first I felt the size was a bit awkward, but it's actually very practical! Holds my camera, wallet, phone iPod, keys. So I actually really like it, although I would have loved if it was see-through. And I just feel like wearing my Pixels all the time, especially with white, I love that match!

Fashion Week day 4

A bit late, yeah, but rather lathe than never. On saturday Yin and I went to the Fashion Flea, which I already wrote about, whilst I was attending the Marc by Marc Jacobs CPH Vision thingy. We were on the guest list so we got in for free, and got a goodie bag! Alright, it only contained Elle magazine, and key strap and some mints, but still cool. It also granted us access to the Copenhagen Fashion Fairs where different brands have stands with their stuff. It was alright. We sat in the Egekilde Garden and had some beers and drinks for a while, and took off. It was quite cozy and nice!
That was my last update about fashion week, life's back to normal/boring.

This is what I wore yesterday for CFW day four. Those pleather shorts are so short, I had to wear cycling shorts underneath so I wouldn't be too body-conscious. Turned out I like the effect of the lace peeping out.

My outfit from CPH Fashion Week day 3. I bought the pants on sale the other day. They were only 99DKK! The color almost matches my blazer, so I thought I'd wear the two items as a suit sort of. I do like pink and I love suits for women, so I just had to get those trousers. I'm shooort, so I have to fold them unfortunately. But it's okay, cus' they're PINK!

Anyway, earlier we went to the Fashion Flea and I only got those two things. When I saw the beetle necklace I was sold right away. It's (almost) the exact same beetle as my tattoo, so I had to get it obviously. The HUGE ram(?) pendant was just too awesome to pass up. It really is giant, I think it looks awesome in a short chain with a button-up shirt! Now I'll get back to my drink, talk to you later!

Lipstick heaven

Yin and I popped by Magasin and saw this big table with cheap Gosh makeup. I love lipsticks, so I went straight for those. There were so many!! I got those three. A purpley pink, shimmer pink and a coral. That purple-ish one is rather funky, I hope it looks good! I really like Gosh lipsticks, as they don't dry out your lips as much as other brands, and the color last long. What a bargain.

It was the Pixel boots in the Acne bag I showed you yesterday! Hehe, like a commenter pointed out, Yin spoiled the surprise. Anyway, I looooove them! I heard they were 60% off, so I just went by the store to try them on, not expecting to get them. Well, the sales dude really knew how to sell 'em, because after a few moments I was swiping the credit card. So yeah, super impulsive. Although, I think they may make my legs looks fat and stumpy, What do you think?

I received my dress from Romwe.com just yesterday, and had to wear it ASAP! It's lovely, isn't it? I love that it's loose and flowy, the pleated fabric is so nice. And it even came with a black slip and a belt. Romwe has so many nice things.

CPH Fashion Week day 2

Phew, I feel like I did a thousand thing today! Didn't obviously, but don't you know that feeling?
Alrighty, at 11AM Yin and I attended a brunch held by the magazine Cover. It was super cozy and we met a really sweet blogger called Sarah from framboisefashion.com. We met Spotding too, talked for a bit. A lot of cool people were there. I got photographed twice, by a guy from a magazine called Style Sight, and a blogger from Modette. Awesome! :)
Then we went to Forum for the Gallery fashion fair. I took a lot of pictures, but I'm not sure that's I'm allowed to post them actually, so I'm not going to, in case I get in trouble if I do it.
We walked around Copenhagen, Yin had make-up done by Max Factor at Magasin, and so on.
We love goodie bags, who can blame us, so we went to Malene Birger and got one! We thought it would be something cool, but I was just some soap. It smells nice and all, but not what we expected. I shouldn't complain, it was free. They also served a bit of champagne, and it felt ever so fancy :)

What a loong day, I gotta take a long, hot shower now! I'll post my outfit in a few.

My outfit today. I wore the amazing magenta Topshop heels for the first time out. And damn, they huuurt. I got blisters now. But it was worth it, they're awesome and summery! I love my Barry M neon pink lipstick, it's so bright (which doesn't show on the pictures, unfortunately) and matching my nail polish today.

CPH Fashion Week day 1

Copenhagen Fashion Week started today, Yin and I have been checking which events we wanted to go to for the past few days. Today we went to Illum to meet some of the bloggers from Bloggers Delight. That's Katrine, Isabella and the girls from vildekaniner.dk in the first pic. So that was cozy enough. The we went to Sings Thehus to check out some jewelry by Vibe Harsløf. She makes these cool japanese-inspired jewelry like samurai swords. Super cool! Wouldn't mind owning #12!
I did a little bit of shopping in Acne. The bag contains my favorite kind of accessory in the whole world. You'll se what's in the back tomorrow, most likely.

Artificial?

This is what I've been working with for the past weeks. Just as a little creative side-project. It's artificial cupcakes made from spackling! You know much I love baking and decorating cakes, right? well, how perfect for me are these then? Yep, perfect. I can't use them for anything, they just sit on my cake stand on top of my drawer, looking pretty. And enjoy making them, which is the most important, right.

I'm currently in my summerhouse, on a small danish island called Bornholm. The house is in the middle of nowhere, with cornfields to the right and the ocean to the left. As we drove up to the house, this cute doe with it's little baby doe (I have no idea what the right term is, haha), just popped up it's head in the field, staring at us. So adorable. And because of all the rain here, there's a lot of tiny toads, and I found that tinie tiny one jumping around in the grass. I just had to put it next to my tattoo and take a pic, it seemed so fitting. So much nature around me, which honestly, I think I need. On this really slow wi-fi via my phone, so this is taking foreveeeer.
Fashion Week back in Copenhagen starts next week, and Yin and I made a lot of plans. I'll be home on tuesday, Fashion Week starting wednesday.

Denmark really hasn't given us much summer these couple of days, so since the sun was shining for once today, Yin asked me o come to the park with her and Liv. Most people seemed to have gotten the same idea as us, the park was filled with people in their bathing suits. Nice to get some HEAT again, I almost thought summer was over! You'll see the whole outfit tomorrow.
I just came back from the movie theatre, I watched Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows pt. 2 for the third time. This time with my mum though. Yeah, it's still as awesome and teary as the first time. I'm seriously considering getting the deathly hallows symbol tattooed in white ink somewhere. Just a small one, on the ankle perhaps? Hmm...

If you click the entry title, I have written some thoughts on Deathly Hallows. Spoilers though, I just have to write my thoughts.

Okay, I just feel like I have to get some Potter stuff off my heart. If you don't care about HP or don't want spoilers, don'r continue reading.

Overall I love HPDH2! Although there some things I'm not satisfied with:

The way that Harry can feel it when the horcruxes are destroyed, and can hear them when they're near. Thats just weird, they shouldn't have done that, but have stuck to the book.
On Kings Cross when Harry "died". Harry and Dumbledore talk for a long time in the book, and Dumbledore shows this really emotional side, which is absolutely touching, and makes him more human sort of.
When Molly kills Bellatrix. She shrinks and blows up into little pieces like she's made of glass. WHAT THE FUCK?? Why must the bad ones turn into little particles when they die? Oh please.
Harry and Voldemort's finale duel in the yard in front of the school. In the book they're inside the great hall, with everybody standing around them. I really think they should have kept it that way! In the book they had a long conversation, talking about Snape, Tom's family, the elderwand and so forth. Not that they should have done the whole convo in the movie, but some of it for sure!
When Voldemort dies and starts turning into ash or whatever. Seriously, what's that shit about?? In the book, he falls to the ground, dead, and they just through his body aside. When he turns to ashes in the movie, it makes it seem as though he wasn't a person with flesh and bones, but some kind of inhuman spirit/ghost/idk. I don't like that. I see that it's more visual that he turns to dust and floats away, but it's not right.
When Harry snaps the elderwand in two and throughs it over the bridge. I LOVED how, in the book, he put it back in Dumbledores coffin, because he was last great master of it. I thought it was so thoughtful of Harry to do, so it makes a bit sad that he didn't in the movie.

Now on to some things I liked/loved about it:

In Gringotts when Harry, Ron Hermione, Griphook and Bogrod ride the cart. It's just really nicely done, really cool. And when they escape on the dragon, WOW! Awesome. Lol, am I the only noticing the really fat goblin? Haha, I laughed so hard.
Oh my god, when Voldemort leaves Snape to die in that little house by the lake. Harry kneels by his side, tries to stop the bleeding. So damn beautiful. And when Snape says "You have your mothers eyes" OMFG all my tears.
The part where Harry sees Snape's memories on the pensive. Amazing. My tears really start flowing here. When Snape hold Lily's dead body, sobbing, in the ruins. All the awards to Alan Rickman, he's fucking amazing. After all this time? Always. < I'm pretty much a wreck at this point.
Harry in the forest with the resurrection stone. Harry: "Stay close to me" Lily: "Always". Well, enough said, thinking about makes me cry, so I won't go into detail.

Ok, I know there's more on the negative list, but I like pretty much all the other things, those parts on the liked/loved list are just part I REALLY like :)

A few random shots I stumbled upon in my iPhoto library. The first one is my outfit from the day I got tattooed. I thought the outfit was too plain to post, but I liked that photo in particular. I took picture #2 just a few hours ago, when my baby was lying in my lap. I just couldn't NOT post this one, look at those eyes, aww! #3 is from long ago, maybe two moths. At sunset the sky looked absolutely fantastic, look at that deep purple and pink! Oh my goodness.
It's been requested quite a few times that I show some pictures of my friends. Well, here's two of them. The only ones I had a picture of on my computer. Yin and I met up for coffee and a chat today. The weather was just awful, rainy, windy(!) and cold. So much for summer. Taking outfit pics were a real challenge and almost all of mine were shite, so bear with me. Defiance of the rain I wore my new ASOS shoes. They're amazingly comfy and easy to walk in, definitely not regretting I got them!

ASOS WHITE ankle booties

Eventhough I got more negative feedback than positive when I asked whether or not to buy these, I simple couldn't get them out of my head. So I made a quick decision, and clicked them home. And I really like them. I love that they're, like, really low-cut ankle, which none of my other shoes are. And despite the 15cm heel, they're super easy to strut around in. ASOS is color-confused though, it said they were grey in the description, but I'd rather call that brown. You'll see them in action soon, maybe even tomorrow. Love

Chocolate cupcakes with strawberry frosting and fondant daisies

Phew, what a long title eh?
As you may have picked up by now, I love baking and especially cupcakes. My brother came over today, so I took the opportunity to try a new cupcake recipe. I usually make a simple vanilla batter and regulate buttercream frosting. Since it's summer, I thought strawberries would be an appropriate ingredient. So I decided on chocolate batter with strawberry buttercream frosting. I discovered fondant a few weeks ago, a knew I had to try and make it. It's super simple to make, only contains marshmallows, water, oil and confectioners sugar. It's sort of an edible clay-putty, which I rolled out and then used daisy cutters. I think they turned out okay, except the frosting was too thin because of the strawberry juice, so it sorta ruined the otherwise nice-looking piping. But oh well, they tasted delicious and my bro thought so too, so I can't complain. I literally spend ALL day in the kitchen making these, so honestly, they could've turned out prettier.

My parents returned from Iceland a few days ago, and brought me gift. This necklace with a rock from the volcano Hekla. It has a very long black chain and then the bit stone pendant. I love it, it's so unique and I love the thought that no one has an identical one.
They also brought licorice and chocolate candy, which is kind of a speciality on Iceland. I expected it to taste funky, but wow, it's super yummy!

I recommend watching it more than once, I noticed a lot more this time, and enjoyed it as much as the first time. Gosh, I love that movie.

Last night I was at the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 midnight premiere at Imperial Cinema. It was amazing. Imperial always decorates the hall super nicely at HP premieres, and this year was no exception of course. There were dementors and broomsticks in the ceiling and huge spiders crawling the stairs amongst potion bottles and old books. It was quite magical. And most people dressed up, almost everybody had done something to look like a Hogwartian, including me, haha. Well, all I did was wear a white shirt with a tie, a jumper, skirt and knee socks. My friend Liv was dressed as Luna, and her costume was spot on. Complete with radish earrings and cork necklace.
Liv has a polaroid cam and always takes a picture at memorable occasions. So there we are all excited with our Harry Potter edition 3D glasses.
Speaking of 3D, I was honestly a bit worried that it would suck, but I was really impressed! It gave so much depth and the movie really did come alive, sort of.
I won't talk too much about the movie, as I don't want to give any spoilers. But I think I loved it. I'm not quite sure, as there were some things changed, that I didn't like. But it was very beautiful. There's so much happening in only 130 mins. so it takes some time to digest it I think. Good that I'm watching it tomorrow too!
It was so sad, so remember waterproof mascara. I don't think I've cried that much during a movie before. The part where Harry sees Snape's memories in the pensive is absolutely heartbreaking. I was sobbing through that hole part. And most of the movie in general.
I'm surprised though, there are unexpectedly many funny moments in it. You know, hilarious comments and stuff. And Voldemort is just so funny, I know it sound fucked, but really.

Okay I think that's it for now. Sorry for rambling on about Potter, but bear with me, I'm a huge fan :)

Yin and I were supposed to go to this CPH Beach party today, but since I can't bathe because of the tattoo, and hate sand, we went to Bryggen instead. There were a lot of people, and the weather was amazing! We just fried in the sun and talked as always. She's leaving for London and Amsterdam on Monday, so I'm glad I got to see her before she leaves. I don't think I got tan at all, but it was nice to spend some time in the sun!

Dadaaaam! The finished result! A beetle called Korynetes Caeruleus. The reason I got a beetle is that the Danish word for "beetle" is "Bille" which is my brother's name. And I love my brother, he's amazing. When I showed it to my brother he was super surprised and touched. I'm so glad he liked it! Means a lot to me. I couldn't be more satisfied with the result. I'm thinking of getting it colored in sometime. Like in a few years or something.

If anyone is wondering about the pain, here's how it was for me:
It didn't hurt half as much as I'd imagined! I was SO scared and worried about the pain, but it was nothing. More a comfortable sort of pain and not the unbearable kind. And anyway, it was so quick! It took her about 10 minutes to do it! I must say I'm very tempted to get more tats now! Don't worry mom, I won't (not now at least).

After seeing the Zana Bayne harnesses on Love Aesthetics, I've thought about making one myself. They look vey straight forward to make, only requiring a few things. So I went to the leather store yesterday and got myself some leather straps, buckles, studs and rings. And then I just got started. Pretty much just looked at a pic of the one I liked and did what I saw. It was kinda time-consuming, but really easy and simple. It look me around 2,5 hours to make it, and cost me around 300DKK. I often wear vey simple outfits, so I think it's spice up a lot of my basic tees and dresses. It also looks cool over a blazer. Considering to make some more, different designs and colors!

Just received my package from romwe.com this morning, while I was in the shower (why does the post man ALWAYS ring the bell when I'm showering??).
The t shirt is long, and may work as a very short dress with a pair of mini shorts underneath. I love the lightweight blue fabric on the front, super cute color! I thought the triangular clutch was too cool to pass by, so I had to get it. It might not be very practical, but it's much different from my other clutches! I think I'll wear one of them tomorrow at the Copenhagen Disney Store opening!

Here's my outfit from the Fashion train event yesterday! I had no clue on what to wear, but them, a few hours before I was leaving my package from H&M arrived! just in time. Love the blazer, I don't know how I've been able to live without a white blazer, it's pretty essential I think.
The temporary tattoo is from faketattos.dk, but unfortunately got a bit smudged because of my collar :(
They have a lot of cool temp tattoos at a cheap price, check it out!
I made the leather ankle straps years ago. My original idea was to wear them around the wrist, which looks pretty cool too. But I though I'd spice up those ASOS boots a little, and think it looked pretty neat. Laters!

A lot of thing happening today, feels like the events of 3 days!
I had my Design exam this morning, which went great. I got a 10/B and I'm pretty satisfied! I think I could've gotten a 12/A, but I'm still very happy about my 10!!
When I got home I talked to Yin about this blogger event we should go to, but didn't realize that it was today, so we just spontaneously decided to go!
It was the blogger from Looklab.dk who was hosting an event in the "Fashion train", with goodie bags and beverages. There were a million people at first, but after people got their goodie bag, most left. Yin and I hung out for about 1 hour and a half though, talking to the bloggers, who were all super sweet! And Fiona from spotding.com took some pictures of my outfit. Cool!

Another extremely hot day! 28 degrees, phew. The dress is perfect for this kind of weather, because of it's light fabric and loose fit. And I just love the pattern! Spend the day revising Design for my exam on wednesday! I usually get an A in design, so I have to do good!

DIY: more transparent!

Made this Jil Sander acetate inspired bag yesterday. I've been looking for the transparent plastic material for months, and just found it in Panduro Hobby. I followed this tutorial to make it. It's literally the easiest and fastest thing I've ever made. Took me like 15 minutes. I would have loved a blueish transparent plastic material instead of this, but I have no idea where to get it and if it's even possible. You may think "Why didn't you just buy the H&M Fashion Against Aids one?" Well I'll tell you. The H&M one had that ugly logo on it and also the handles were too long for my liking. And on a side note, this one cost me less than half of the H&M one.

Ash "Lovely" suede wedges

These are the wedges I told you about in an earlier entry. Got them at an shoe outlet 75% off retail price! I think they're absolutely fabulous, I love the gold rivets and buckles! And on top of that, they're really comfortable. The wedge is made of leather, while the upper is suede, and I simply think the mix perfect. Much better than if the wedge had been wood for example. You'll get an outfit with them soon!

DIY perspex stand

I have a thing for transparent stuff, wether it's bags, shoes or furniture. I had the idea to make some perspex stands and then put them on top of each other, creating a translucent shelf unit. I mean, how cool would that be?? So I got to work. Or more correctly, my lovely dad did. It's ridiculously easy, just take some perspex of the desired size, use a heat gun wherever you want to bend, then bend and bam you're done. I made two of these, planning to make more, but my plan didn't work out. The can't stand on top of each other, because the sides bend. But I sure as hell wasn't gonna waste them, so I came up with this instead. Yeah yeah, only 4 pairs, but I love how it looks! The transparent material makes it look like it's not even there, giving the illusion of more space. Perfect!
All I ned now is a huge perspex shelf unit with room for 50 shoes, and I'm good to go!

My outfit from Distortion day 1. I bought the dress about 2 years ago, but never worn it once before now. Back when I bought it, it was too big. It's still a little baggy at places, but fits much better than back then. I think I'll wear it a lot, I totally love purple.

I dropped by that shoe outlet again with, mostly just so she could look around. But as expected I got caught up and had to try on some sweet shoes. All black, again. For some reason, black shoes always attract my attention. They're easier to match up, black goes with everything! I bought a pair of one those above, can you guess which? :) They were so cheap I could hardly believe it! from Ash again. I'll show you them later, with my outfit shot.

Distortion

Went to Distortion today, which is pretty much a huge party in the streets of Copenhagen. There was so much going on everywhere, we just walked around most of the time, looking at weird people. I also went to the hairdresser, as you may be able to see. She straightened my hair and with the sharp cut and pink tips, Yin pointed out that I looked like Avril Lavigne. And unwillingly, I had to agree with her.

It was 26 degress today, so I just HAD to get outside as fast as possible! All of my friends had plans, so I just biked into town alone. I didn't know what to do there, because I didn't feel like shopping. But then I saw a huge sign saying there was a shoe outlet just around the corner. I just had to look, no question there. Oh my god, there were so many amazing shoes including some Givenchy, Jeffrey Campbell and a lot of Ash. I found the most amazing pair of studded suede wedges from Ash, that was a size too small. Decided to try them on anyway. And they fitted!! okay okay, they're a little tight but whatever. I'll show you soon!

And I'm back to pink! I really love dyed tip (obviously, duh) and felt like it was time for a little change.
LOVE white this summer! Keep wearing that childish lace dress, since I don't own anything white, except a few tops. Must get another white dress asap. And a skirt!

My first swim suit since 5th grade

H&M swim suit; 150DKK

As promised, here's my new swim suit! I saw it a few weeks ago, tried it on but decided I didn't need it. Then I decided I actually really needed it, so I just got it. Last summer I dreamt about running arounf in a bathing suit on the beach, but all the ones I tried one made me look like I was 12 or some elite swimmer. But this one so far from a traditional bathing suit, that it almost looks like a bikini anyway. It's ridiculous to tan when wearing it, obviously. But I plan to wear it as a body stocking with shorts and perhaps a sheer shirt over.

Oh, and please ignore my horrible bellybutton. It's probably the part of my body I hate the most, I use to cover it with a band-aid when I was younger. If you see it up close, it looks like a mix of a raisin and a feetus. Yummy huh?

Met up with Yin yesterday after I'd finished the Danish test. I got a really cool bathing suit from H&M, I'll show ya tomorrow. Today I has written French test, and it was really easy, I think I did okay! Not so sure about Danish, but it really doesn't matter so I don't take it too seriously.

Well, ain't that a lot of pink! This is what I wore, when I had my picture taken for a museum exhibition on style. My friends' mom works at that museum and thought my style was funky enough to be a part it. So she asked me to wear something "very Stine" she said. And this was result. I'm already in the brochure, and I might even get on the poster! I think it opens sometime in july.

I'm off school to prepare for exams that are coming up next month. Yeah, this is not really preparing, but who cares.
In case you didn't know, I love baking! Especially cupcakes obviously, because I'm such a girly girl when it comes to bake goods. It took me three hours to make 12 cupcakes, but man, I put a lot of effort into those puppies. The marzipan roses alone, took like 30 mins. I'm not even having people over or anything, so these are just for me and my parents. This is the recipe I always use, it's really simple. I'm gonna go munch one now, talk to you later!

Went to my friend's birthday party last night. It was a warm summery night, so we sat outside with candles, a hookah and booze. And of cause her immensely adorable cat, Domino. I don't think I've ever met such a cuddly cat, she sat in my friend's lap all night. That's all for now.

Spend today finding a birthday present for my friends birthday tomorrow, and later went shopping and ate lunch with my friend Miriam. I looked at bathing suits and found a really fierce one, that I kinda regret not getting. I got that huge and cool ring from H&M. I love it!
